Okay, frens. Let’s get ‘er done. Thanks for allowing me to take the time and space I need to take with this. Thanks also for your likes, comments, shares, and prayers. I greatly appreciate it all.
Remember how I ended Part 4.1?
But addictions go far beyond substances and commodities, and these next items, in my view, have as great an impact on our bodies as food, drink, and drugs.
So let’s continue on that path.
E - Toxins: Two years ago, I posted this on Telegram:
Germ theory is the cover story for the toxification of the Earth.
Regardless of your views on germ theory, and whether They are attempting to convince us that infectious disease is the real problem when it’s not, I think it’s fairly clear that we’re living inside of a global toxification event, and have been our entire lives. Human bodies, en masse, are currently being exposed to tens of millions of man-made chemicals, only a tiny fraction of which have been tested for toxicity, and virtually none of which have been tested in combination with the cocktail of chemicals with which they come into contact. Not just the street drugs, pharmaceuticals, and food additives we spoke of before, but things like industrial chemicals, construction materials, household chemicals, personal care products, agricultural chemicals, and plastics.
And we might as well throw the sources of EMFs in here.
And GMOs.
And whatever the heck is in chemtrails.
And power plant and automobile exhausts.
And nuclear waste.
I suppose we could go on.
Pretty sure lots of this stuff is not good for human bodies, which is why They don’t dare do real toxicity testing.
Also pretty sure that it doesn’t have to be this way.
F - Hatred, Fear, Humiliation, Anger, Numbness, Worry, Alarm, Despair, Guilt, Doubt, Toxic Shame, Helplessness, and Loneliness:
I assume it comes as news to none of you that - in these times of heightened polarization, estrangement, victim identification, and injustice - our collective experience of these “negative” feelings and emotions is at an all-time high. And many of these feelings and emotions are being stirred up by Cabal malchemists™ trying to turn living people into sick and dead persons, mixing in a cup of Racist! and a dollop of LGBTQAnon hysteria to flavor their Satanic microbrew.
Would it be fair to lump these feelings all together under the single rubric stressors? Yeah? So what is it doing to our bodies, to live with such high levels of chronic stress? We’re talking nerves and hormones and glands and shit, right? The hypothalamus? Adrenaline and cortisol? And it’s pretty well established, innit, that chronic and heightened stress has all sorts of negative consequences to our bodily health, from suppressed immune systems to depression to heart disease to weight gain to cognitive decline and mental confusion? And perhaps it’s also fair to say that many or most of these emotional states can become addictive?
So now the “herd” is fat, sick, nearly dead drunk, and addicted to negative emotional states. Where’s Harold when we need him?
G - Grief: Another feeling state that stands out for individual attention in this time of wars and rumors of wars, alleged deadly pandemics and rumors of alleged deadly pandemics, is grief, the felt response to loss. And it’s now widely accepted that grief delivers quite a body blow to our abilities to concentrate, make decisions, and think clearly. Like the other stressors, grief negatively affects many bodily systems. And when you add up such things as died suddenly, Rundeathisnear,1 and ventilators, or the takedown of the family, or the offshoring of jobs, or the breakdown of religious and spiritual beliefs, along with losses in relationships, savings accounts, reputations, belief, trust, expectations, hopes, and certainties, that’s a whole lotta grievin’ goin’ on.
H - Outrage at Injustice: This is another stand-out emotional state in this time, since the Bugs are now so obviously and clearly weaponizing Law and the DOJ against us, pushing far beyond the boundaries of fairness, due process, and equality under the law with their too-tired, two-tiered, fake-and-take injustice system.
Chronic outrage, of course, comes with all sorts of attendant health problems.
I - Hopelessness, Contempt, and Urgency: In a previous life, I was a full-on doomer, as I’ve written about previously. Of course I was. I’ve been surrounded by doom narratives my entire life, as were we all. I just took them as an accurate assessment of the situation. I did not yet know how deep the lies go.
Selling doom has been good for the Dark Ones. It keeps those Goodfolk who believe the narratives in perpetual and even addicted states of hopelessness for the future, contempt for their fellow man, and urgent worry or frantic preparation regarding the coming collapse. All of which can act as body blows and gut punches, and build up over time to create bodily health problems, on top of the mental and emotional problems.
J - Disgust and Fear of the Unfamiliar: But those big ol’ goofy Cryptocrats don’t stop there. They even hijack some primal human wiring, using such stimuli as racial and ethnic differences, gender identification, sexual orientation, Satanic symbolism, etc, to provoke, incite, and offend such deeply ingrained, and even evolutionarily-stable,2 human traits as disgust, or the universal fear of the unfamiliar. Disgust, a basic human feeling which plays a role in many people’s attitudes about gays, lesbians, and trans people, for instance, may have helped our ancestors “to avoid pathogens, enhance reproductive success, and deter freeloading social behavior.” Fear of the unfamiliar other likely conferred distinct survival and reproductive advantages.
Can humans operate outside the strictures of these ancient evolutionary programs? Of course they can.
Are some of them likely to react out of this ancient wiring when other people's private parts, private choices, private beliefs, and provocative differences are “shoved in their faces”? Of course they are.
And They know this. Which is why some of these issues are pushed as cartoonishly over-the-top and straight into Clown World as they are.
K - Gaslighting: And what does it do to our bodies to live inside of a constant psycho-cultural field3 of secrets and lies? As a form of abuse, gaslighting, is associated with trauma, anxiety, and depression, not to mention confusion, powerlessness, and self-doubt. It is certainly another stressor. I know, for myself, that when The Nonsense4 began in March of 2020, I started feeling this constant, distinct pain in my solar plexus region. Upon mentioning it to a friend, he said that Rudolph Steiner would consider my pain a sane response to being assaulted with lies. It took most of that year for this pain to subside.
A note about loosh…
At this point, where it becomes clear that the Parasites are purposefully fomenting intense emotional states for their benefit, you might wonder… are we talking about loosh now?5 Interdimensional energy-eaters? Planet Earth as a loosh farm? All that jazz?
Good question! Glad you asked!
I dunno. Given the amount of disagreement and variability out there as regards exactly what loosh is and what it’s for and who’s “harvesting” it, I have no clear opinion about what the data-points add up to. And I have no real wisdom about whether this alleged “energy harvesting” is, ultimately, good or bad.6 I’ll leave some links, below, if you want to explore it further.7
But… I also have no real objection to the idea that there are human-sourced energies which can be transferred, swapped, given, taken, stolen, and harvested by others. And I have no real objection to the possibility of non-physical entities being involved in such transactions. And certainly many of us, myself included, have experienced sudden or chronic losses of energy in certain places or situations, or with certain people, those famous energy vampires we love to speak about, for instance. And there are many reports of energetic transactions with non-physical entities from the world of ghost hunting.
If loosh harvesting is a real thing, and it’s something the Lizard Overlords are doing, along with their non-physical compadres, then does energy-eating constitute harm to our physical selves?
Seems like…
So what other body blows are the Goodfolk experiencing?
L - Inversions and Betrayal: One of the things the Dark Ones seem to most cruelly enjoy is turning our expectations upside down. Good becomes bad. The trustworthy become deceitful. The beloved become betrayers. This leaves us disoriented and confused and angry. And it results in great division amongst us.
In this light, it was a masterful move on the part of the Cabal to use our own doctors, health professionals, and hospitals as “the tip of the spear” in their recent and ongoing assault on our health, our lives, and our freedom of choice. You’re telling me I can’t trust my family doctor, or the CDC? What, are you crazy?
They use movie and TV stars, beloved celebrities, sports figures, political figures, news anchors, and trusted statesmen to the same effect.8 The resultant feeling/emotional reaction is akin to being betrayed by one’s spouse or partner. The cognitive dissonance can be deafening. Some are ready to fight to defend their beloved. And betrayal trauma serves as a direct threat to our human attachments, and is associated with many health problems.
M - Sexual Dimorphism and Gender Roles: The attempted destruction of traditional sex distinctions and gender roles constitutes a particularly confusing inversion. The attempt to subvert our bodies by making men women and women men undercuts fundamental and primal human understandings and flies in the face of obvious and factual data. This nonsense seems intentionally designed to provoke emotions of outrage and betrayal so strong that people’s eyes will pop out, stream will rise from their foreheads, and brain matter will start leaking from their ears. They’re left to suffer the negative health problems a sane person trapped in an asylum might expect.
N - Exponential Autism: In August of 2020, the CDC quietly removed these five words as a major heading on their vaccine safety webpage:
Vaccines do not cause autism…
This as a result of a lawsuit against the CDC brought in federal court by ICAN, the Informed Consent Action Network, in which it was shown, ICAN concluded, that the CDC has “no scientific studies to back up its long-declared assertion that vaccines given to babies do not cause autism.”
Amazing, sometimes, how long it takes to get official begrudging acknowledgment of the painfully obvious. You’re lucky if you can find a few studies on even one vaccine’s relationship with autism. But by saying that “vaccines (plural) do not cause autism,” the CDC is claiming that there have been studies proving that single vaccines, covalent injections, various combinations of vaccines, and all of the vaccines together do not cause autism. I can assure you that no such body of scientific work exists, which is exactly what the Institute of Medicine was forced to conclude in the lawsuit.
The CDCs bold claim is an outright lie. I think They have always known this.
So if we take this to mean, as I do, that the vaccine program, the CDC, the FDA, HHS, and Big Pharma, are all pretty much wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Khazarian Gangsters, and if it’s fair to say that a huge proportion of the rapidly escalating number of cases of autism can fairly be described as having caused harm to the individual, then it seems I can just conclude that…
Oh. By the way. The CDC’s outright lie is again up on their website. It didn’t stay gone for long.
O - Searching, Learning, Understanding, and Knowing: The Satanists especially love it when They can turn the Goodfolks’ goodness against them. As YouTuber JC Kay points out in her recent spirited rant, this is exactly what has happened in the Patriot/Anon community. As the corruption of our world got ever more obvious, the evil ever more clownish, and the consequences ever more consequential in our real lives, thousands and millions of people dove into research, digging for answers, hunting for Intel, learning about the long and sordid history of the occulted layers of society, seeking, searching, yearning, wanting, longing.
For understanding. For justice. For knowing. For belonging.
We wanted to be in-the-know. We wanted to be read in on the Big Lies and Bigger Secrets. The groundbreaking, exclusive info. The real Truth. It was a quest. An epic adventure. An enticing problem to solve. An antidote to loneliness. It used all of our gifts. Our fabulous brains. Our courageous hearts. And it came with belonging. And excitement. It gave us meaning. And purpose. And a sense of control in a chaotic and unsane world.
But there was a problem, as JC Kay correctly, IMO, points out. The movement was infiltrated by Dark Ones from the very start, which one would expect in a psychological war. And the Parasites took our marvelous human qualities and understandable needs and desires and twisted them to their own ends. Setting people up with hopes and expectations. Enticing them with fantastic possibilities and beliefs and unwarranted certainties. Trump was coming back soon. The EBS. The arrests. The Storm. The insider Intel. Bitcoin was going to skyrocket. XRP as well. NESARA and GESARA and the Vatican Gold were being delivered, as were those medbeds. And all of it soon and now and on a certain date.
And when these things didn’t come soon and now, there was, for many, a huge and painful letdown. Dashed hopes. Stolen dreams. Broken hearts. Deep disappointments. The emotion of betrayal. More loneliness.
And anguish is the Parasites’ favorite flavor of loosh.
And guess what all that anguish does to human bodies.
P - Saviors: The Cryptocrats use saviors in a similar way. With the Bugs having generated vast amounts of societal fear, anger, and confusion, many people will gravitate to anybody who seems to know just what the heck is going on. With them having thoroughly destroyed trust in mainstream medical institutions, many people are then set up to follow slick snake oil salesmen with their magic elixirs. The Bugs are only to happy to provide us with, or encourage and make popular, their chosen saviors.
And then these saviors turn out to be broken or compromised human beings. Or liars. Or clueless frauds. More disappoint. More betrayal. More despair. And a great deal of acrimony and infighting over whom to trust. All meant to slowly destroy us, bodies, minds, and souls.
Or to coax us into destroying ourselves.
From their point of view, their most successful attack on human beings is to get people to kill themselves.
Q - Weaponized Munchausen By Proxy: The always-intriguing Clif High has lately been analyzing our current situation through the lens of weaponized MBP, otherwise known as Factitious Disorder Imposed by Another. In this case, the “another,” the one doing the imposing, is They, the [DS] [KM]9 itself, as Clif likes to call them. And since MBP is considered a mental disorder, it follows that it’s They who are mentally ill.
The factitious diseases these insane Bozos are imposing on us? The FLUVID fraud, for one, says Clif High. The trans thingy, for another. Both of which started mostly as fearmongering, propaganda, and ideology, but both of which, because the material world can change in response to the mental world, are manifesting as real illness in real bodies. Gaslighting becomes contagion. Bodies are sickened. Or maimed. Altered. Twisted. Confused. And killed.
R - Demonic Schizophrenia: And consider this. Schizophrenia is surely an often devastating health problem for bodies, minds, hearts, and souls, right? What if it’s not just bad chemicals or bad genes or bad environments? What if those possible causes are, at best, guesses, and at worst, intentional cover stories? What if at least some schizophrenia is more a matter of demonic possession than illness?
Dr Jerry Marzinsky sure seems to think so, though he’s somewhat reticent to use the d-word. And if we posit that at least some portion of the Cabal is actively consorting with something we could reasonably describe as demonic entities, then it would make sense to include them on this list, neh?
And as long as we’re talking about demons causing bodily harm in order to keep us confused and disempowered, why stop at just schizophrenia?
S - Death: What? Now you’ve gone too far. They’re confusing our bodies with death?
Maybe. But it we want to stay ahead of the unveiling of reality, it seems important to take Schopenhauer seriously and look squarely at the currently ridiculed.10 You know me. I have to bring it up, at least. I did leave it until the end, so if you’re still reading, you’re kinda asking for it at this point, right? 😎
So here’s the thing. I’ve had my head in alternative information my whole life. Not just the Cabal and the Occult, but UFOs and Visitors, Remote Viewing, Near Death and Out-of-Body, the Paranormal™, Altered History, Channeling, fringe Spiritual Systems, all the cray. And I keep running into this same data point or narrative: the Earth is a prison planet. A soul trap. A recycling center where the Archons, the Annunaki, and the Elohim get together for block parties and force us to repeat this Earthly maze over and over, while They poke us with sticks and watch us fight and drink our loosh.
IKR? But… damn! Given current reality, does anything sound impossible any more?
And then there’s this. If it makes sense in this time, and I think it does, to be highly suspicious of any narrative that has been programmed into our minds, then should we not at least question the common cultural admonition to, at the end of life, go into the light?11
I’ve seen this issue raised more than once on the paranormal/spiritual boards over the years.
And the thing that has this on my mind right now is that I’ve been reading a book on mediums, and about a test they were given in the hopes of providing real evidence for the veracity of their claims, and there’s this sense that we here in the material world are often surrounded with teeming hordes of lost, confused, stuck, and needy spirits looking for help, a notion I’ve encountered before. And I’m thinking… well… that doesn’t really make much sense to me, in terms of a logical design for the layers of reality, know what I mean?
So… what the heck is going on that has resulted in so many lost souls?
And then I remember how the Egyptians and Tibetans both have their Book of the Dead, with instructions on how, after death, we humans can navigate the Bardo, or the Duat, and successfully get to wherever the heck we’re supposed to go next.12 And it sounds like a rather dicey slog, to be honest, and not completely unlike Super Mario 64.13
And so I’m just pondering the notion that the Cabal-slash-entities-slash-whatevers have fucked around with even our human processes of dying and moving on. And that maybe They are the reason the Bardo Expressway has gotten so jammed up. And that this is their final assault on our human bodies.
Dunno. It’s not something I believe. It’s just one of the many images that rise to the surface when I put puzzle pieces together.
So now the Parasites’ imagined “herd” is fat, sick, nearly dead drunk, addicted to negative emotional states, their foundational beliefs undermined, their hopes dashed, their intentions hijacked and thwarted, their best efforts attacked, their chorus of bleating emotionality being led by a demonic and quite mentally ill conductor?
Wow. Quite a situation we’ve allowed ourselves to be “herded” into, neh?
And yet…
And yet…
There are millions of Harolds now. Sheep no more. Perching in trees. Gaining their balance. And learning to fly.
Look how glorious we still manage to sometimes be, even after all these assaults.
Even after all this evidence for how thoroughly screwed we seem to be, and how done wrong we have been, and how apparently powerful the Dark Ones are, the sensation inside me right now is one of slight tingling, and expansion, and warmth, sensations I might label as feelings of “hope” or “calm” or “assurance” or “gratitude.”
Such is the power of vision, I guess.
Which seems like a really good place to stop. And rest. And just breathe for a while.
My starting intention was to survey the many ways in which Cabal culture goes after our human bodies, all in an attempt to directly cull their assumed herd, or to confuse us Goodfolk into culling ourselves. I probably missed some important factors, but this is surely a good start, and I hope there’s been something useful for you.
I’ll leave you with what might be considered a modern version of the Book of the Dead, a montage of sounds and images mythically evoking not only the confusing reality in which we find ourselves, but a possible path through it. To the next place. Through the Bardo. To the Duat. To the afterlife. To heaven. Or to the sane and beautiful culture we can envision and long for.

One of my go-to phrases to refer to the alleged deadly pandemic, the alleged effective tests, the alleged safe and effective pharmaceutical treatments, the associated masking mandates and lockdowns, etc.
During his out-of-body adventures, astral explorer and teacher Robert Monroe was informed by non-physical entities that human beings were being “farmed” for psychic/emotional energy they called “loosh.” According to these beings, the Earth itself had been designed and formed as a “garden” in which higher and higher concentrations of loosh could be created.

Which is one of the reasons some in the Patriot/Awakening movement worry that the beloved Mr Trump will himself turn out to be a betrayer. Imagine the loosh such an event would unleash. According to reports, Mr Trump personally asked that the leftist-toppled statue of Confederate General Albert Pike be re-erected. But Pike was Supreme Commander of the Southern Jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, thus making him top dog in the American, if not global, Masonic pecking order and, in the eyes of some researchers, an avowed leader of the global Satanic cult. Why did Trump do this? Did he not know? Did he just think of Pike as a Confederate general who represented an important piece of history? Or was there more to it than that? Does he know something these researchers do not? It’s this sort of data point that leaves many people confused, and wary of trusting anyone or anything.
